hotel was undergoing renovations which left it quite messy. Once we were in the room, it was fine. Tiny room, but clean and nice to have a sink. Toilet/shower was up two flights of stairs which is ok for "young folk"..not quite us but we managed ok. Excellent location to Kings Cross and St. Pancras, safe clean location. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

i think i am not a bed and breakfast guy. it was close to the station which is why i picked it. the food in the morning was great and the service was good; people were very responsive and friendly. also should say it was my first trip to London.

The room was very very small for the price but the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Location was very close to Kings Cross, and walking distance to British Musuem, a plus, but areas beyond not particularly inviting. This is 2nd trip to London-- 1st time stayed South Kensington, also B&B.

we were 4 girls visiting London for a week end. The hotel offered even more as presented on website. The room was simple, silent, clean but a little bit small. The english breakfast was great and the staff extremely polite and efficient. The area is perfect for who arrive from Stansted as is very closed (2 min) from King's Kross.

I recommend this hotel, excellent price vs quality relationship, and it is located only 50 metres from the Underground station. Very nice breakfast (both continental and english) altough the staff stops serving it at only 09:00 (but that's the average of the hotels). I enjoyed also the free WiFi internet connection. Clean rooms and public areas. The bathroom in our room seemed brand new. Thumb up!
