the bathroom so small I had to jump over the toilet to enter and close the door. the whole room not good I have bene in London many times but this is the worst. Staff not welcoming breakfast looked so awful, I left without even having it

Hotel was excellent for working at Earls Court. Was mostly full of budget European travellers. Breakfast was self service and fine but dining room was small and a bit crowded (not an ideal Corporate Hotel). I had a small single room with view facing park which was relatively quiet given closeness to Earls Court traffic. For price room was excellent. I had to stay another night but hotel was full and the next hotel was significantly poorer than the Garden View Hotel.

The hotel was in a very good location and pretty close to the metro.The good side of the Hotel stops there. The service was bad and the girl in charge wasn?t welcoming or helpfull at all. The room was outdated and dirty. The blanquet stained and the matress awfull. The cattle and cups offered in the room were disgusting! Soooo dirty! Whem I asked the receptionist if they could wash or change it she said there was nobody to do it. She just gave me other cups that were as dirty as the first ones. Fortunatelly I was spending just one night there in my way back home. I?m a budget traveller and don?t look for luxury. However, the hotel HAS to be clean. It?s essencial.The Garden View hotel failed badly.
