I have stayed at this hotel for 3 days. I honestly had the feeling that my towel was not changed at morning by the cleaning staff. And there was only one towel, not two as in other hotels. My overall feeling toward the hotel is not good, would not come back, there are many other in the neighboorhood of Victoria Station.
Staff are very unfriendly; breakfast is only served until 9.00 a.m. and quite basic (no ham, cheese, fruit); no lift in the building; the fan in bathroom is very noisy and only goes off after 15/20 minutes; room is small, bathroom is very small; it is not a 3 star hotel as advertised, it is a very elementary bed & breakfast; the only good thing is the location.
The staff at Jubilee, and the window and view of the square made up somewhat for the extremely small room. It was overall a pleasant stay, but the prices (and Jubilee is not particularly unusual in London for this) for these amazingly tiny single rooms is just beyond reason.
