I am not demanding about food but the breadfast is really too basic - just jam and bread plus cereals. The common bathroom gives sufficient and very hot water but has water leakage problem. The room is extremely small. TV set is provided but cannot show clear images may be owing to poor reception problem. The hotel is within walking distance to Victoria Coach Station and train station. Will not return if I go to London again.

When i read comments before staying in this hotel i was a bit afraid. But no way. Whoever is used to travelling will understand that in this Bed and Breakfast you get what you pay. Being honest i have no real complaints. I paid the price was advertised , i had no problem to pay with credit card, the place was not that dirty as i read in the other comments , bathrooms where always clean, i must say i will probably come back because i found some humidity in the walls , room was small , and if i wanted a great hotel for a cheap price i could find one probably one hour away from the city Center, but staying here a visit the most important places in London just walking. My advice anyway to people that have no experience on travelling is that you book a more expensive hotel so you will not complaint. My General Opinion is that the place is FINE and Staff Honest.

I went to London on a budget so I wasn't looking for luxury. I would be happy if the room was warm and clean. The latter should be better, specially in the shared bathroom. The breakfast was far too basic, just cereal and bread. Literaly. Serious, not at least some fruit. If you are going to London for a couple of nights on a budget and wants to be near the city centre, this is a good place, but don't expect too much. From the hotel we walked everywhere and in 3 days we didn't use public transport. It's possible to walk to the Natural History and Science Museum, Tate Britain, Imperial War Museum, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, National Galery and even the British Museum. I made a video showing the hotel, look at youtube.com/diogok to have a better ideia about the Colliers.
