Location was extremely convenient for underground access to West End, the hotel was in easy access of the tube station to get into the centre of London and the night staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and towels were very clean. Breakfast was just awesome.

Location good, the hotel provided an ideal place to stay visiting our daughter lives nearby and the smell was of stale smoke even the room was supposed to be a non-smoking one.

Nice views across the park, breakfast area in linked adjacent hotel good and humorous disposition of the staff. Shower room nicely presented and small restaurants.
