"This hotel was recommended to my wife and I by our son who is working in London. We were so glad he did as we found it to be a charming, delightful boutique hotel which was perfect for our needs. The service was excellent - personal but unobtrusive. Our room (a suite) was very spacious with a king size bed, separate sitting room and a good size bathroom with separate bath and shower. There are several intimate lounges and a cosy bar within the hotel all adding to the homely, friendly atmosphere. Truely ""a gem"" in the centre of London. "
