It is almost comical how small these rooms are. I have to think it was a fire hazard that we had to stack our luggage in front of the door while we slept on the bed. The bathroom is also postage-stamp size. We kept window open for ventilation and there was a lot of traffic noise throughout the night. After lugging our luggage the "short walk" from Victoria Station, we discovered another stop much closer the other direction. The neighborhood is quaint and charming. The staff was very diplomatic regarding customer complaints (I didn't have one, but witnessed a few). They had a decent continental b'fast in the basement.

We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel on our first trip to London and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were larger than expected and the location was excellent! It is withing walking distance to two Underground stations.
