What Travellers Like
- The Westbury was in an excellent location, for both shopping and the West End/Covent Garden. One gripe was the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the rooms and they were quite small (basic twin).. Read review

- missile - The room was small (I could have upgraded for an additional £20) but we were using it as a crash pad for a Friday night out and Saturday of shopping. The staff were very pleasant, the check out was 11am and they stored our bags while we hit the Bond Street shops. Breakfast not included (and is exhorbitant in their restaurant) but we found a Cafe Nero round the corner where we could get a continental breakfast.. Read review

- AlexTate - It was a valentines weekend deal, which included chocolates served on our arrival and breakfast served in our room. As we made our booking we were not to sure about parking at the hotel, but I made a quick call to the hotel who put me through to the doorman who then assured me that this would not be a problem. On checking we were served straight away and were allowed to access our room straight away. The room was large and very well furnished. Although there were no tea or coffee making facilities (which didn't bother us) we received some lovely chocolates in our room a couple of minutes into our arrive. The bathroom was stacked with Molton Brown toiletries (always a sign of a quality hotel).. Read review

- a_dream_away - Stayed at this five star hotel for one night after getting a great deal but had to shop around. The hotel is only 5 mins away from a variety of tube stations and is not a problem if your carrying minimal luggage. The stay itself was great and the staff are very polite and helpful, the rooms are a little small for a five star hotel and i was in the king executive suite. The only flaw of this hotel i found was the bathroom was a bit dated and especially the shower which was over the bath style, although clean it did need doing up. Apart from that a great hotel for the price i paid.. Read review

- DishGagan - Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly doorman and staff who took my bags to the reception area. Although I had not booked in advance, staff at reception immediately attended to all my demanding requests with patience. Shown to my room, again better than what I expected, given that I paid reduced rate for the weekend. This is a hotel that highly values its service, and this is shown more at breakfast time with 3 or 4 staff over you to ensure everything is ok.. Read review

1The Hotel was a true 4* plus and was in a perfect location for Oxford St, Regents ST and the tube, with a choice of three tube stations within 5 minutes walk. The hotel reception staff were professional and friendly, I had no complaints at all, the food was very expensive, but I knew that before we went......

2The location, being close to the tube and shopping, was fantastic. The bathroom was clean, but small and in need of updating. Breakfast was not included in the rate I paid (2,200 pounds for 7 nights) and was very expensive (in excess of 20 pounds). Generally the staff were polite although not entirely......

2Good location, although feel the hotel have used the 'bond street' address as an ability to add an extra 100 pounds for the room. Staff were all pleasant and helpful, with a good service provided. The room we had was on the small side, but contained all necessary items. Bathroom was pretty spacious considering......

3I find the attraction of the hotel is its location-thats really it. It is also a 10 minute taxi from Paddington Station, so the Heathrow Express is reasonably convenient. The tube is also convenient, so trips out to Canary Wharf on the Jubilee Line are fast, and both cheaper and quicker than taxi. I......
