What Travellers Like

To be honest I didn't expect the staff to be so friendly and polite after reading some of the reviews, but you are certainly made to feel extremely welcome and special. We went to the 1930 sitting and had a glass of champagne before the sandwiches, scones and pastries arrived and they were lovely, as soon as you had eaten 4 sandwiches they were replenished immediately..
