The receptionist was very nice and friendly. He changed my room soon,when I offered him to change the room with bathtub. My new room(double room)was small but there was some space I could open my suitcase. They served good breakfast and I ate too much every morning.(The employees in the restaurant were not friendly though...Because I'm Japanese??) If the room had tea/coffee maker,it was even better. Anyway this hotel was comfortable and reasonable price.

Very pleasant staff at reception and in the dining room. Hotel staff are what make or break a hotel and you are fortunate in having excellent employees. They made me feel very welcome and made my stay a pleasure.

Rooms and beds are small. English Breakfast is good, but we prefer Continental Breakfast: need only some cakes (we choosed toasted bread and jam for... 5 days!). Wonderful area, nearby underground, rich houses and gardens, very safe space even during night. Very nice pubs and restaurants, nearby.

excellent ratio price/value overall. my room, *30, absolutely unconfortable: ground floor, very very noisy and a bit too dirty: the blanket, the shower. Good location - 5 min to Tube, nice employees, low price. I will surely return, in another room of course.

Car park is really convenient. Breafast rather below standard. Members of staff are very kind
