Read all the reviews before booking the room, and was a bit affraid of what it would be like. But there was no reason for fear. Rooms are indeed of british size, very very small, you can hardly move around if there are two of you in the room. The double bed is not a king bed, and the view from the window was the wall. But room and the bathroom are clean, bathroom is absolutely refurbished, and for the price we got from the hotel.club (33 pounds per double room per night including breakfast) it was really fine and ok. Staff working at the reception are very helpfull and polite). Location of the hotel is great, just one block from the Earl's court. It is also near the Gloucester tube station, Tesco is just accross the station. The breakfast room is big enough and is also refurbished.
