we were not expecting 5 star luxury , but to get a hotel that has not seen a hoover or any type of decoration in the last 20 years is a total insult for the price of 180 pounds for 2 nights...it is so bad that i have posted my photos to trading standards.

Small bed and breakfast without the breakfast. THere was no mention of any breakfast. No elevator/lift so visitor may have to carry luggage up several flights of stairs (4 floors). There are no phones in room, no common areas. Small television with limited channels. Remote had been stolen from my room. The people who clean the rooms are very honest and good. REception people are nice, but when I asked for a phone book to look up an address they did not even have that. Good safe area, near Marble Arch tube and Oxfrod Street

A clean, basic hotel in excellent location for doing touristy things in London. Would definitely stay here again. Very reasonably priced for such a great central location.

Small bed and breakfast but no breakfast offered when I was there. No life or elevator so one may have to haul luggage to the 4th floor. No telephones in room. Small television with limited channels. Someone had stolen the remote from room which was never replaced. There is no common area. Asked the reception to look at a phone book to check an address -- they did not have one. London is a very expensive city so I was not expecting much. Good safe location, near Oxford Street, and Marble Arch tube station. Plenty of banks and coffee places nearby, Not sure if I would return.
