Great location and convenient to train. Additionally good value for money, various stores and the showers at peak times lacked hot water. Walking distance to Oxford street, friendly staff and the room was comfortable.

Good location and walking distance to Paddington Station. Excellent value for money and on a well-lit street. Very helpful desk staff and comfortable bed. Fresh sheets, decent breakfast and hot beverages.

The prices weren't bad and bit 'tired' - towels a bit thin.

Great location, frequent buses to Central London/Victoria and ideal for an overnight stay for business/leisure. Helpful and friendly staff, digital tv, clean sheets. Breakfast not too bad.

No towels - only two stained bathmats to dry, not a good choice handicapped.

Great location and very convenient to Paddington Station. Very bad hotel and good eateries in adjoining streets. Lovely and helpful staff, comfortable beds.

Ancient elevator, very poor breakfast.
