Nice location and friendly staff. Rooms were clean.

The first impression of the hotel was not very good - broken window in the front repaired and the towers were changed in the first day. A bit better we got towels, the breakfast itself was dull and disappointing.

The location is great, not the best of hotels I have stayed in.

Broken shower head and should not be described as a continental breakfast.

Good location, the hotel in its self was very poor and staff was very helpful and friendly. Moreover bathroom were clean.

Great location and the Chelsea House Hotel was very convenient for getting to Stamford Bridge football ground to watch Manchester Unitred beat Chelsea. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, the beds were comfortable and clean.
