Location are good, also few tube stations just nearby and the V&A museum as well as close to small supermarkets. This hotel is great and the street is quiet. Staff are really friendly and helpful, woou the tea room is lovely so English, every sort of hot drink you could wish for. . Read review

Good value for location and handy for bus routes. Close to Bayswater, the price is great for London and street is quiet. The service is fantastic, they have a lovely little room looking out on the garden and printer available in lounge. Breakfast is adequate continental. . Read review

Various bus services, walking distance of Hyde Park and great location: near 3 Tube stations. I think is an excellent place to stay, the staff is friendly and helpful, we had a double bed plus 2 singles - meant we could each have our own bed rather than doubling up. You have a tea or coffee in a beautiful teahouse. . Read review

Near to a big shopping centre, excellent value hotel in a quiet location and the pleasant attitude of the staff. Additionally small family room, various restaurants and planning for the next day in an authentic lovely residential environment. Facilities adequate.

A good value for its location, the hotel has a very pleasant homely feel - the receptionists were really nice and the staff members were friendly. Additionally the bathroom was clean, the complimentary breakfast was basically a selection of cereals.

Good location -- very close to Queensway, because you are made to feel like one of the family as is maore of a home boutique hotel than a hotel and for the hard to find price of 50 pound/single room I enjoyed very hospitable.

The location was superb - close to two different tube lines and the hotel was located near the Paddington railway station. The staff were courteous, the room I had - a single - was small and the breakfast was modest.
