Great location, they made my stay more comfortable and the efforts of the staff to be helpful was excellent. The rooms were small, breakfast was surprisingly good.

Near to Kensington Gardens public park, excellent location and ideal for a short stay. Very nice reception staff and free wireless internet. We liked the 'Happy Hour' in the bar and fresh towels every day.

Old building and noisy street not quiet as advertised. Disappointing for the price and dirty and dusty corners of the mattress. No hot breakfast option and the maids could be heard loud.
