What Travellers Like

The reception staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Though the hotel did not have large sized rooms but I was comfortable in my room. Rooms and especially bathrooms were very clean. I never had any trouble for traveling around London from here because Bayswater and Queensway tube stations were close to the hotel, and gave direct access to the central parts of London. Definitely I will prefer this hotel next time due to caring staff and warm experience.. Read review

We booked this hotel on the internet in Bayswater area of London to be near to upmarket areas at reasonable cost. It was located just round the corner of Notting Hill Gate tube station, which was very convenient to move around London. The rooms were of good size, compared to the hotel where we stayed last year. Passage leading to the room was not large, but that was hardly an issue. Clean bathroom, linen changed every day, free breakfast were all welcome. The staff, especially the Asian guy at the reception were very friendly and jolly.. Read review

The location was fantastic, queensway tube stations were close to the hotel and i thought the staff were extremely helpful. The room was nicely proportioned and gardens was too good.

Great area of London and big Ben. Very helpful staff, quiet room and nice kitchen facilities as well. Good restaurants.

Great location, a clean hotel and some staff members were very friendlyand helpfull. The suite was amazing and the breakfast was very nice.

The 'wet room' style of the shower really just meant that everything got wet, the elevator was very slow so we always took the stairs.

Location is great and the door to the bedroom didn't close properly.

Value for money is well disproportioned and my room is facing the street so a bit noisy during the night. Also not all staff members are that polite or willing to help.
