What Travellers Like
- The reception staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Though the hotel did not have large sized rooms but I was comfortable in my room. Rooms and especially bathrooms were very clean. I never had any trouble for traveling around London from here because Bayswater and Queensway tube stations were close to the hotel, and gave direct access to the central parts of London. Definitely I will prefer this hotel next time due to caring staff and warm experience.. Read review

It was located just round the corner of Notting Hill Gate tube station, which was very convenient to move around London. The rooms were of good size, compared to the hotel where we stayed last year. Passage leading to the room was not large, but that was hardly an issue. Clean bathroom, linen changed every day, free breakfast were all welcome. The staff, especially the Asian guy at the reception were very friendly and jolly.. Read review
