Located in the nice area near Kensington Gardens and nothing good about this hotel bad location. Very polite staff and clean room. Free continental breakfast.

Especially for the price + the ideal location in central London, we liked our stay in the hotel and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and breakfast was good value for money.

In a good location near Hyde park and excellent your visiting central London. Smiley helpful staff on reception and clean bedding. Nice buffet breakfast, portobello as well as Kensington Gardens.

The pillows really old, dirty curtains.
