Great location in walking distance to theaters in the West End. All night grocery is in the same block. The internet did not work on the Tv as advertised, but they did provide access to a computer in the lobby area.

El hotel en general esta muy bien, sobre todo la situacion para el turismo es inmejorable; tan solo decir que es incomprensible que el personal de recepcion no hable Español.

Perfect hotel to visit London. walking distance from most of the beauties of the city. Very nice room and kind service. Suggested.

we lived from 1985 till 1989 in Chelsea and returned for a nostalgic see again of London. We came with Eurostar We took Club Quarters because of the 'super comments' of our eldest son and his family with regard to their stay in the hotel a month earlier. What we missed above all at the hotel was a lounge. The room was good a bit noisy - bed excellent - but there was some drain smell and no service at all on sunday. We did not know that the room price on saturday is the double of a weekday. The Italian restaurant at the hotel was good and the morning buffet excellent

I already entered the review (please reference to that). In addition, I noticed that they have an upgrade oppertunities (when we got there it was 10 pounds for a larger room or 15 pounds for the suite).
