Excellent location, near Buckingham Palace as well and very good customer service from reception. Very nice sized room and fabulous food.
The location is great, hotel is very good and the staff are very polite and professional. Furthermore the rooms are warm, the restaurant served a full breakfast at a high cost.
The location was great, hotel was very nicely decorated and clean, the staff were attentive and polite. The bathrooms were spacious, breakfast was excellent.
