  • The staff were attentive, friendly and not pompous in the slightest. We were allocated a room on a high floor as requested and literally got the highest floor possible and a room complete with a view of the London Eye! The concierge staff were excellent; we left our luggage with them for the day and it was returned to us promptly and exactly as we had left it.. Read review

  • Upgraded from standard room to the executive floor and wow was it worth it. Had a great room with dedicated staff on the executive floor to help with check in/out and any theatre / restaurant bookings that we needed. Friendly staff from the concierge to the waitresses in the exec lounge. The rooms are lovely and big in the executive wing and are all new but still in keeping with the style of the hotel..
