What Travellers Like

I had just left the Halkin round the corner and entered the Berkeley's real plush world of 5 star boutique hotel experience. I looked a little bedraggled as had dragged my luggage round the corner from other hotel as I didn't see any taxis on the road and wasn't offered assistance by the other hotel. The doorman (sorry can't remember his name) was very gentlemanly and immediately offered to assist with my luggage and inquired if I was checking in. I said yes and he took my luggage away and asked my name and stated that they would arrange for my luggage to be sent up when the room is ready. He pointed me to the reception. Once I got to reception, I was kindly offered a drink whilst the lady checked me in.. Read review

Great location - opposite Hyde Park and not bad for central London. The staff helpful and from the dedicated check-in to the luxurious room. Our suite was lovely and breakfast in the htoel was excellent. The wine waiter was exceptionally good.

The location is good for shopping, that the hotel is ageing well and the staff couldn't be more helpful especially in the Spa. Large marble bathroom stocked, relaxed evening drinks are taken is comfortable.

In better locations in London and the hotel was very child friendly. Additionally pool service was great and the beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was well presented.

The room we stayed in had a lovely view of Hyde park, the hotel itself was very elegant and the turndown service was perfect. The bedroom was fine, drinks - was very well prepared and pool was great looking.
