Convenient location for business our shopping in west london and good value. Staff helpful, clean room and the fact you could get hot drinks for free.

The location was excellent for Olympia and hotel/guest house was near to underground station. Staff were very helpful and the ladies even left me a bottle of fizz in my room I found I came back from my night out - was an amazing surprise.
