- It was our first time in London and we found that the concierge was excellent and made our trip even more memorable and the rest of the staff were very accomodating, made us feel at home. The breakfast buffet and the restuarant are highly recommended as well.. Read review

Posted: Jun 27, 2006 - JudyJJ - Stayed at this hotel from 23rd June to 26th June, excellent location in heart of Mayfair, nearest tube station 3 min walk. Rooms lovely and clean, I needed an iron during my stay and asked concierge for it for the following morning. Breakfast was included with the price of my stay, lovely English breakfast. Concierge very helpful and offered lots of friendly advice.. Read review

The breakfast is great - especially if you're going to be out and about all day. The rooms may be old, but they are comfortable and convenient. We regulated the room temperature with the windows!.
