The location of the hotel is perfect especially for the normal tourist sites. It is very convenient for the trains and tubes. The staff was very helpful. We did not eat at the hotel; there were so many options just right across the street in the alley with the green awning.
The only thing that could be improved in the hotel is the beds. All the beds seems to thinner on the sides so that you felt you were sleeping at an angle and could fall out.

The location was ideal, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were comfortable. Also breakfast was very good.

Good location, one of the best situated hotel in London and reception staff were very welcoming. Had a large room and the breakfast was great value.

Comfortable room in a central location, the recent renovation of the hotel has also been very good.
