The location in central london is excellent, the service from the moment you pull up to the hotel is flawless and the staff are so pleasant. Room sizes are quite good.

Claridge's puts you in a fantastic London location, staff were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel and the service in all departments was fast and efficient. Also bathroom were excellent and the tea was wonderful.

The fitness centre is well equipped, the sister hotels are great also and seeing the same staff is welcoming. All their rooms are stylish, the best thing in Claridges is Gordon Ramsays restaurant.

Beautiful area, great hotel and a nice fireplace in the lobby. Staff very helpful and spacious accommodation. The very friendly elevator boy, some lovely bars and a superbly comfortable mattress. Heated towel racks and wonderful food.
