Good service on hosuekeeping and comfortable bed. There's also a nice kitchen, an excellent breakfast served freshly cooked.

My room situated at the back of the hotel was excellent, the most comfortable beds i had ever slept in and food was good well cooked English staple fare.

Good sized room for a London hotel, again the staff were friendly and then the apartment itself was FANTASTIC.

Friendly atmosphere in the bar, very helpful staff and comfortable and quite spacious rooms. Great kitchen and excellent breakfast.

Extremely helpful staff especially Emilda the hotel receptionist, the reception was warm and friendly, the room was pleasant enough. Breakfast was continental.
