What Travellers Like

1st floor and 5th floor and the lift was fine, may be a little on the slow side but that is just been picky really. 29th took 5 mins which is excellent service.. Read review

When we arrived, the hotel receptionist was a little brusque but pleasant enough. We were also allowed to book in earlier than the advertised time as the room was ready. We open the door and there is quite a lot of space as we have a family room - so one double and one single bed. We were exhausted from a nightmare train journey, when my boyfriend lay down on the bed, it creaked terribly and it wasn't the springs. The bed was also not completely horizontal. In the bathroom, the extractor fan didn't work and there were only two bath towels, no hand towel. Got to admit, once again, it was spotlessly clean, towels were clean and the shower worked a treat. The positives were good staff, very clean premises but in need of updating.. Read review

Thats - Great rate 27, the hotel's own website at £26 so was a reasonable deal and upon arrival the reception guy was friendly. The room was fine, towels were clean and the continental breakfast was superb. . Read review

We stopped here for two nights on the fantastic price of £19 per night and the hotel's Bar/Cafe for evening meals was cheap and hot. Moreover staff were very pleasant, tv was fine. . Read review
