Room was very small and normal light switch next to the door was not working or the ceiling lamp was out of order.

Based on viewing other reviews, I was hesitant to go to this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was the cheapest place in a convenient location, clean, and quaint. The building was a little old, and the carpets showed some age, but the hotel was clean and had character. The bathroom and water closet was shared with one room in the same hallway, but we never saw anyone in the other room. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling on a budget. 4.5Service: 4Value: 4.5Price, location.

hotel in perfect location near to tube, restaurants and shopping. harrods just up the road and westminster cathedral a short walk away. 5Value: 4.8our double en suite room was small but in london you only sleep in it so was suitable for the stay.
hotel in a good area. accomodation very good for weekend breaks. staff very friendly.
