Friendly staff and we used the TV once just fine. Nice and rich typical english breakfast.
The location is great, clean and very convenient to the tube stations, nice breakfast room are the only positive thing I can
say about this hotel. Staff is polite.
Worth just for the views from the Restaurant are certainly impressive and hotel is willing to hold your bags for you you are early checkin or late departure.
The reception staff is incredibly ignorant and breakfast is too expensive.
