We thought that a "3 star" hotel would be better than this. We could not stay the last night at the hotel. We removed to another "3 star" hotell and here was all better (Cardiff Hotell)

The location and area of The Belgravia is excellent: lots of sights in the area en very close to the Victoria station. However, the hotel is a disaster: two toilets and two showers (for at least 9 rooms) of which one of the toilets does not flush and one of the showers is dangerous because it is partly broken. Also the staff is not friendly at all and totally incompetent to work in a hotel and the breakfast is very poor. Although the price of the hotel is low, the quality is even lower! We stayed in lots of youth hostels all over the world, but this hotel is 100 times worse in cleanliness, friendliness and cosiness. Though, our stay in London was fantastic!!! But next time, we definitely not stay in The Belgravia!
