We had a horrible experience with this hotel. I had booked a triple room as I was travelling with my two children. On arrival we were told the room was unavailable and we were offered two rooms. When I objected to this, the receptionist turned to my young son and asked him if he would be too afraid to sleep on his own. we ignored this verbal bullying and then we were offered a triple room in a nearby but lesser quality hotel. They refused to refund the difference in price and were extremely unhelpful. Never never never would I recommend this hotel.
