Location is as I said really good and in fact the whole hotel is very well maintained. In addition the staff at the Runnymede are exceptional and the rooms are large enough modern. Spa to the restaurant couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful and the pool is nice. . Read review

The sitting area outside by the river was very nice and the staff were friendly throughout the whole stay. Service was genuinely pleasant and the rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and spa facilities were lovely. . Read review

The location is excellent, the setting next to the river is lovely and the waiting staff are also very friendly and helpful. The shower curtain didn't work then, the service/food is good and facilities are amongst the best we have stayed at.

The Thames location is beautiful and a wonderful place for a weekend break. Staff are excellent, free unsecured wi-fi is available in the room and breakfast is very good - is a buffet. The Spa is very nice.
