The location is superb and the hotel is within easy access from Waterloo station - 5 minutes walk away. Staff is truly great, very comfortable rooms love the addtional amenties all nice touches.

Convenient location and big ben. Also staff were very friendly, the room was wery large and we came to run the London Marathon so breakfast was started specially at 5.30am was helpful.
