NO HEAT IN THE ROOM !! NO WATER IN THE SHOWER THE FIRST NIGHT. DIRTY. IT WAS NOT A ROOM BUT JUST A PLACE FOR A BED. NO CURTAINS. THE BED WAS NOT GOOD. I WAS OBLIGED TO PAY CASH (PROBLEM WITH MY CREDIT CARD ... WELL FUNCTIONING AT THE CASHIER DESK CLOSE THE HOTEL !!

I stayed there 1 week. I was alone, so I was not really caring about where to stay and how to comfort somebody... Single room was 40pounds per night. Tiny room with tiny shower and toilet. Telphone was not working but I had a pay-as-you-go cellphone. Location is great. 15 minutes to walk to Big Ben, 5 minutes to Victoria Station. Easy to get to Heathrow,only 35 minutes. If you are alone and you wont be staying all day in your room, then its a great place to land and save bunch of money.

My request was for the honeymoon room....When we arrived in the hotel, on the reception desk was sitting a serviceman(instead of a receptionist who was celebrating birthday).It wasn´t possible to lock the door in the room at all.Pictures on hotel website can´t be absolutely compared with reality.One day water didn´t run in whole hotel(well solved by the receptionist), there was a terrible mould on the wall around the windows. Rooms were small, but we didn´t mind that so much.I can´t definitely recommend this hotel.The staff was polite, hotel has great location but price was extremely high for such a terrible quality of this hotel, so only one thing you pay for is the good location. Maybe other rooms are nicer........but I don´t believe that so much.Before you decide to book it please see my pictures at first....

No luxury, but you get what you pay for. Great location.
