We are happy to assist you with your luggage on arrival and departure. We can store your bags when you depart if you wish to make the most of your last day with us.

Dreadful hotel. Rooms are in serious need of refurbishment. They smelt and the noise was intolerable. Would never stay again

Hotel looks lovely from the outside, just what a Hilton should be like. On checking in they didn't have a deluxe double that was booked in advance, they didn't tell me but sent me up to a twin room. I went back down to reception to get a double and the only one they had was a smoking room which I had to take. The room was noisy as it backed onto the train station, you could hear the announcers from very early in the morning. The bill was not adjusted and no-one seemed to care that my company paid for something that I didn't get. The gym is nice if a little small (4 treadmills, 4 cross trainers etc) but was not very busy when I visited. All in all a bit disappointing for a Hilton.
