Getting to our room was a major expedition, through a rather confusing combination of stairways and corridors. But the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The staff usually were not native English speakers, so at times communication could be a little challenging. But they were most accommodating and eager to please.

I stayed in a club room at this hotel on an amazing last minute deal.
Room was very clean, spacious, huge plasma TV. FREE Wine, chocs, water, soft drinks fruit and roses in the room!
Decent toiletries, bath and shower!
Wonderful bed and plenty decent pillows.
Breakfast plentiful.
Air con wouldn't go lower than 18 degrees which was a bit of a downer....but otherwise cannot fault the hotel and the service I received.
Great location less than 2 minute walk from Earls Court tube station!
