Il Picchio Golf Resort details: Il Picchio Golf Resort is far from the chaos of town, immersed in the Parco dell'Etna nature and the scenery of the Alcantara Valley.

Close to the hotel there are many wine-cellars for tasting.

Nice hotel in the Etna area. Close to the Il Picciolo Golf Club (a very nice course). Friendly and serviceminded staff who took care of both booking tee times, and visits to wineries. Breakfast was good quality food, although a bit limited selection - as it often are when it's continetal breakfast. A nice pool on the area. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for accomodation in the Etna countryside.

I am in the hotel in this moment. I write from Internet point of hotel. I am an italian customer. The staff is fantastic. The room is confortable. It is complete of all comfort. It is elegant. There is a wonderful view. The restaurant is very good. Food, wine, service. The rate is € 90,00 with breakfast per 2 person per night. The breakfast is continental buffet. I hope come back for Easter Holidays.
