Had to stay in the Citadines Gaillard as there were no hotel rooms left in Geneva at very short notice. For me it was not a pleasant place to stay. My room really stank of smoke, was not all that clean, and was generally tatty. Breakfast was just a continental breakfast, but the staff were not helpful at all. I will not be going back again - ever!
