I booked the day before arrival. On arrival all booking details were correct. Room was very clean and acceptable. Plenty of tea coffee,biscuits etc were available with kettle and cups. Breakfast was served in the restaurant. Good choice of cerials, fresh fruit and cooked breakfast. Eggs were cooked to order (This may be because of time of year and occupancy). Check out was good and bill was correct. Staff were very obliging. I would certainly return if in the area.

Despite the fact that the rooms were looking a little tired and in need of a refurb, they were clean. Where this hotel picks up points however, is the quality of the service. The check in was fast and friendly, and I can't say enough to complement the service staff in the bar and restaurant. The food was excellent, I ate from both menu options, and both were first class. This isn't the kind of place you'd take the missus, as it is a little out of the way, but as a business person, or someone with a couple of days stay, it really is value for money. Oh, and Rowena the singer is just adorable.
