Brandon Lodge - Hereford, United Kingdom     

We stayed at the Brandon Lodge last weekend. We were given a garden room which I had requested. This was a good sized room with separate bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, radio alarm and freeview television all provided in the room. The breakfast was very nice - cereal, fruit, juice, cooked breakfast, toast. The staff were very friendly and Monique provided us with good information of the surrounding area for visiting and also restaurants in Hereford city. 2 miles from city centre. Ate out each evening. 1st night (Saturday)at Gilbies were you could choose a full 3 course meal or just have tapas. Good atmosphere. 2nd night (Sunday) ate at Ask. Enjoyed both. Not many restaurants open on Sunday night. I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Brandon Lodge while travelling from the North East to Cardiff and I was somewhat weary when I arrived. I was greeted by Monique who was friendly and helpful and I was then shown to my room which was part of the annexe in the garden. It was absolutely spotless, the bathroom was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. The Sky channels on the flat screen TV were a bonus and breakfast the next morning was delicious. Highly recommended.
