It is the ideal place for excursions and visits as 24 Km away you can find the Cavandonga lakes, Enol and Ercina where you can visit the European Peaks’ National Park reception centre.
The closest beach can be found 21 km away in Ribadesella.
Cabrales is 25 minutes away by car, along a beautiful road, where you can visit the cave where the Cabrales cheese is elaborated and go up to the village of Bulnes, which can only be accessed by funicular or by foot and there you can see some stunning views of Bulnes’ Naranjo.
The Jurassic Museum (MUJA) is located between Colunga and Lastres, 20 minutes from Cangas de Onis.
The Cider Museum is in Nava, 35 km away.
The Mining Museum in Langreo, 50 km away, is a must as you get to visit the mining area itself and receive a detailed description of a coal mine.

Unfortuntly I was only able to spend 1 night at this location but it was beautfil! Nice view of the volcano and a balcony to see the cluntryside. Secluded and private! It was wonderful!! Loved the swim up bar!!!
