With wood panelled walls and comfortable style it is especially popular for Sunday lunch, Friday and Saturday night dining and celebrations of all occasions.For a relaxed dinner, quick lunch or just a drink Squires bar is perfect, and the summer terrace is a pleasure on a warm day.

Welcome was adequate. Room was in the top of the rafters with very low ceilings in places but clean enough. Bathroom tap was very difficult to turn off. Restaurent experience was a disaster - beer was off, starters very mediocre, main was not what was ordered, sauce came out when the meal was finished, staff were rude and unhelpful. Duty manager looked like a porter in very second rate establishment although accepted that the level of service and quality of food was not up to the standard you would expect. We cut our stay short and will not be returning.

I would just like to say that i have had the worst experince staying at this hotel please please please watch your children with the gentlemen that works in the bar i know he is a foriegn gentlemen he is very creepy. i get the impression he is a lonely man with no family overall the hotel was a very nice stay pool beautiful wih excellent gym equipment i would return without children we only popped into be nose as we are looking at holding are daughters wedding there but will re consider as we will have small children with us. over all if the gentlemen or beast on the bar leaves then we will return for a stay as its in great location.
