Staying here was truly a break, all of our needs were cared for, the room was extremely comfortable and clean and then bathrooms were very well layed out and modern. Those that served us in the dining area were very helpful and polite and one in particular went beyond the call of duty to make our stay enjoyable and help us enjoy our time in the town as well as in the hotel. The food was delicious and well presented and served in good time. Everything was fairly priced. Overall our stay here was thoroughly enjoyable and we will return again.

the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. the food was excellent, both for breakfast, and evening meals. the parking was good, just across the road and in a secure car park. the rooms were lovely, good sized nicely decorated, and clean. but i left with mixed feelings. we ordered a cot for our 6 week old baby grandson, it was not there at all the 1st night, and when it arrived the 2nd night it was filthy, so we didnt use it at all. the toilet struggled to flush, and when i used the shower the dining room below was flooded. our stay was spoilt by other guests who thought it was ok to come back at 5am in the morning rolling drunk. and play loud music anytime of the day and night.
