We have just returned from 4 nights at the Nike as part of a touring holiday with family.
We were glad we were spending no longer there as the bed was probably the hardest I have ever slept in and the room on the ground floor extremely hot. After putting up with this for 2 restless nights we decided to pay out 6 euros a night for air conditioning, Other members of our group were on the 1st floor which had a balcony that made the room much cooler and also the beds were not so hard. Also the shower in our room was very small which made it difficult not to flood the floor. Again these were much better in the 1st floor rooms.
On the plus side, the position on the seafront and close to the restaurants and marina in Naxos was good, and the hotel was clean.
Breakfast was basic continental with no fruit but they did lay out an early breakfast for those of us departing for an early flight home.
