this hotel has free parking and very close to the clyde and the secc. The staff are very welcoming, the hotel has a feel of an upgraded travelodge, the rooms are new and functional. The bar is OK, best avoid the food and eat elsewhere, other than that good value and central

Excellent for business travellers

I have stayed in and used many hotels in the Campanile chain for business/conference purposes and this is by far the best. The conference facilities are modern, well maintained and the delegate food is excellent for such a cheap rate. The bedrooms are comfortable and relatively spacious. The restaurant and staff service is excellent. It is yards from the SECC and just a short drive from the city centre. I use this hotel a lot because of it's excellent value and service.

Great for SECC

Great location for SECC. 4/5 mins taxi for city centre. Stayed here for the Lisa Minnelli concert on Fri 6th June 2008 - 2 minute walk. Rooms were adequite for a sleep over, no bath in ours, just a shower to save a little space. Not a great picture on the tv, but we weren't in long enough to worry about it. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Comp' car parking.
