Location were all excellent and the hotel was clean. The room decoration was unusually bright and the staff were incredibly hospitable. The beds were fantastic and the bar prices were a bit on the high side. . Read review

Really close to train station and shops. Good sized room. Very polite, helpful staff.

Wouldn't really recommend the Dine in for Two evening meal. On busy road so quite noisy but fine with windows closed.

An excellent location for Glasgow city centre. Pleasant staff especially at breakfast.

Not 4* - we paid £110 per night for three nights and the room was not much better than a Travelodge. The bath plug had been fixed with a rusty (and dangerous) nut, the public areas looked shabby (damaged wallpaper, scratched paint and threadbare carpet). Breakfast taken in dark restaurant - felt like a nightclub. Seems to rely on it's central location advantage - can't blame them but can't help but think that they know people will keep coming even if it isn't really 4* quality. Would be happy to pay £75 per night but not worth more.

Staff very pleasant. Lively welcoming bar. Clean and well kept rooms.

Reception staff a little muddled and panicked at times when overwhelmed with guests.
