A city of a million souls should do better, i didn't get a lot of time in the hotel and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Chamomile teabag in standard room supply would be good and the Scottish breakfast is spectacular.

A good standard of service in the centre of Glasgow and excellent location for a short stay. Also friendly and approachable staff, bathroom very nice. Breakfast was fine.

Excellent location, i liked the fact the hotel was so close to Central Railway Station so very convenient and staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and breakfast had a great choice.

The staff were excellent the location perfect and even was a 5* hotel was very child friendly. In addition the wedding reception was fantastic, the bathroom was always spotless and the restaurant of choice was a big let down.

Wonderful location in city centre and professional- nice lobby atmosphere. In addition staff were pleasant and the room had just been refurbished. The breakfast was amazing, the facilities were excellent.
