Posted: Apr 13, 2007 - The hotel is in a great location on the south side of Glasgow overlooking a large park. Bus and train service to the centre of Glasgow is a very short walk away. Just before our visit the hotel had added to its offering a number of fully furnished two bedroom apartments / flats in a nearby building. We stayed in one of these and were delighted with the whole setup: well furnished, comfortable, quiet, spacious. Plans were afoot to extend the hotel's WiFi network to these apartments as well, but that was not yet in place when we stayed. Breakfast back at the hotel was included in the rate. In spite of being very busy (the hotel was sold out for at least part of our stay) the staff were invariably helpful and friendly.. Read review

My parents room wasn't as good but still clean and adequate(tatty and heard water pipes all night). Heating was a bit too warm but other than that a very good stay.. Read review
Posted: Apr 09, 2006 - Benidorm - One with a four poster bed, the other was the demo room as featured on the brochure. Also had a single room which was cosy and clean. Breakfast good as were the staff although one room was opposite side of hotel where there was no heating throughout the whole stay (2 nights). Well kept, traditional and nice location just out of town.. Read review
